标题: linode把我的数据弄丢了，我应该怎么做。
网站打不开，进帐户一看，vsp没了。再看ticket, 说是补偿我三个月，补三年我都没兴趣。我日。这次亏大了，几年的老站全没了。

有备份的，不过时间很久了。另外站多，恢复要很久，如果做的话可能要搞两三天，我对他就补偿三个月的服务非常不满。我在那上面的站三天就有那么多了

必须要求给每个用户免费备份

说是catastrophic hardware failure。
连续发了几个ticket给我。最开始说给我重启下解决问题，后来说硬件故障，再后来说把我的数据丢了，并且恢复不了。
