刚才收到Coresite的通知，LA downtown市电不稳，不过Coresite UPS马上接管， 所以无感知，这种情况如果机房UPS不给力就会出现问题。

Due to the utility voltage inconsistency, UPSs maintained proper output voltage for a few seconds on batteries and immediately returned to a normal state.
