Dear Valued BurstNET Client,
As you are painfully aware, we have had major issues with the hardware node servicing your VPS.
We have attempted for over a week now to stabilize and repair RAID issues (drive arrays, drive failures, and various other issues), with limited success. Please understand that is a very singular issue. We have MANY hardware nodes running with no issues at all, which contain very satisfied BurstNET VPS clients.
We understand the stress this has placed upon you and your online needs, and have decided finally to remove the hardware node and start anew. We have built a new hardware node, tested it thoroughly, and have loaded your account onto it. At this point, it is day one. You will have to load your data again. We will continue to fix the old hardware node and retrieve your data, but it was impossible to do so while the server was live.
We are also going to give you two free months of service on the new hardware node to help make amends for the time you lost. If you wish to cancel the service, we will refund you otherwise.
As stated earlier, we are still working on the existing server to get everything up and running and help you move any data you need moved to the new server at no cost.
Please let us know if you need this data, otherwise, we will assume that you were able to re-upload everything to the new hardware node yourself.
We apologize again for the problem you experienced, but are confident this new hardware node will be exactly what you hoped for when you signed on.
If you have any questions, please open a Customer Service Department ticket, and we will be happy to assist you.
We thank you for your patience and understanding, now and throughout this stressful situation.
Regards,
CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
